The Church Conference will be held in person at the church and on Zoom. If you come in person you must wear a mask and get your temperature taken.
If you would like to view the conference on Zoom, then you will need to register for the conference by clicking on the link below. Only registered users will be allowed to join the Zoom call.

Participants joining meetings with registration must use the Zoom desktop client or mobile app. They will not be able to join using the web client.
VOTING FOR THOSE ON ZOOM
Due to the fact that the membership will not all be in person for the Church Conference, THERE WILL BE NO VOTED MEASURES AT THE MEETING. For those in person a physical ballot will be given to fill out and submit. For those on Zoom, there will be a ballot distributed to you either Electronically (Email) or Physically (Mail). You must answer this question when you register for the Zoom call. If you have issue with registration or can’t access the link then please contact your Deacon or Pastor Oyedokun.
VOTING BALLOTS MUST BE TURNED IN BY, MONDAY – DECEMBER 28TH.
**Each turned in must be the vote from ONE member. You must designate how many members in each household need a ballot**
If you need to drop off a Physical Ballot you can do so by dropping off at the church or you can contact a Deacon and they will make arrangements with you to pick it up. You can also mail in ballots to the PO Box at Good Hope Baptist Church, P.O. Box 714, Round Rock, TX 78680. If you would like to scan and email your ballots in you can email to: info@ghmbc.com.
We want to make sure each member is allowed to participate in this church conference. All members are available to vote.
